We figured this would be a good place to put all of this . Nice little point to on building notes .
Starting with a map of B1 where we would be located , in Room 28 ,
The " Street Entrance " and it's evolution ,
As you can see the Elm Street side is undergoing accessibility updates . Which anyone who has followed for a while knew about the UCIMC ADA updates . Something we have very much been looking forward to .
The Elm Street entrance ramp has been completed and is now open !
Next we're going to show the " Backyard " and follow that into the " Rear Entrance "
The Backyard :
There is a lot of opportunity here . This area can be closed off for events , normally used for non-permit assigned parking . Places for grilling , setting up for outdoor tournaments and other late night kicking it .
And an example photo of an event taking place in this space to give an idea of scale,
The Rear Entrance :
And our front door ,
There is a lot of hallway space here with a lot of potential . Looking from our door back toward the rear entrance .
Room 28 Entrance :
Inside looking out ,
There is still a lot on the ceiling that needs to come down , and flooring which the building is having done . There is a sink left in the corner of the room , previous two but one requested to be removed and relocated . The plan is to have a wire rack over this sink to house an electric tea kettle and our big water tank , cups and paper towels .

Now let's move into looking at the venue space . Outside of all the outdoor possibilities in " The Backyard " above , let's take a look at options for larger events , things like regionals .
Loading Dock :
This is the loading docks . The three on the left are currently rented to a building tenant , The United States Postal Service . The far right dock is open for event use .

The Sunroom :
This is where we start getting into the discussion of regionals . This space specifically is a rental venue space , 2300SQF and connects to the " Main Space " ( 2500sqf with accessible stage , lighting and sound system ) which will be covered later .
We have run the first and second Up To No Good Tournaments here in this space ,
The Main Space :
Pardon dated and lack of images , this will be updated soon . Sound and stage lighting is available along with a large projector . For Regionals , this would be the Main Stage for Finals / Grand Finals . Both " The Sunroom " and " The Main Space " are wheelchair accessible via the " Rear Ramp Entrance "
