In order to become a Guild Leader for a Namco Cybertainment (NCI) location, you will need to go through an approval process.  While it may seem a lot of fuss over very little, we want to ensure that the proper people are given Guild Leader rights for posting at SoulCalibur.com.  The following steps will assist you in this process.

1)  You will need to introduce yourself to the store manager for the location that you wish to become a guild leader for, and let them know your intent to become guild leader.  They may have questions for you, so be prepared to give them answers.

2)  Email us with your SoulCalibur.com login username (we don't want your password, just your username), as well as your real name, and the location information (mall name, city, state, zip, etc) for the location you would like to be a guild leader for.  Include in that email a brief note as to why you would like to assume guild leadership.

3)  We will verify with the store manager of the location that you are interested in that he/she does not have any issue with you becoming a guild leader for their store (if they do, sorry, but we must back our store managers on their decision).

4)  As long as the store manager has no problems with you becoming guild leader, we will transfer the guild over to you on SoulCalibur.com.

In applying to become a guild leader, you agree to the following:

• You will conduct yourself on the SoulCalibur.com forums in a manner that is consistent with the Forum Rules of Conduct in effect here at Namco Arcade.

• You recognize that you are not an employee of Namco Cybertainment Inc., and that you will neither be requested to perform any labor on behalf of Namco Cybertainment Inc., nor shall you be compensated for any time spent on any guild events you choose to run.

• You understand that guild leadership may be revoked at any time at our discretion for any or no reason.

•  You will not post events of an inappropriate nature, nor use the ability to post events as a method by which to defame Namco Cybertainment, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or employees.

•  You understand that violation of this agreement may lead to removal of your guild leadership abilities, and possibly the revocation of your right to post upon SoulCalibur.com and/or Namco Arcade.
