11/23/24 – Weekly Update

General :

The last night of Manner Mode ! What is Manner Mode ? We can’t hang out in the Hallways or run music games in the Hallways until after 9:30 !

This is also the Saturday before ‘ Friendsgiving ‘ to which we will be closed ( Nov 30th ) !

Not a lot of updates as many of the projects are taking longer than expected . Some great updates coming up with having been at the new location for two months !

Hardware :

Another huge thanks to the donation from Nilla we’ve been able to upgrade our DDR pad !

We had a chance to demo this with some members of DDR ILLINI and it was very well received ! It’s a HUGE step up ! We’re working on replacing the center panel , with pad lighting to follow ( illuminate on step ) .

Music game machines have seen lighting and software updates ! Due to Manner Mode , these will not roll out till 9:30 PM tonight !

Media :

Something new we are now doing after closing which was received pretty well , Kings and Queens of the Night ! A group photo being taken at the end of every Saturday night once the doors lock !

We have added a ‘ GAME SOFT ‘ section to the website ( Found under About ) . This is a Master Games List of all supported titles and will continually be updated . A ‘ Scoreboard ‘ section has been added to the website ( Found under Community ) ! Currently we are only tracking one game .
