07/17/23 Weekly Update

Air Quality :

Hall is still hot. Still looking out for an old AC window unit to cool it. 

Combination Lamp / Enclosed Air Circulators came in but didn’t work at all. Going to use a oscillating fan to move around the air conditioning downstairs. Though Saturday ( Now today ! ) is nice and non-humid ! 

Space :

Cleared out room to the big CRT and pushed setups out. 

A refrigerator was donated by Naomi ! ! Nice and cold , set up downstairs !

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas ( PS2 ) has been added to the big CRT ( which normally plays anime/kung fu movies ) . We now have a Kids in the Hall save . 

Hardware :

Main Stage issues resolved . No issues last Saturday . 

The Pop’n Music machine is fully working, control issues resolved last Saturday. Scoring does not record, so we’re tracking scores on a clipboard next to the cab ! 

Maintenance Keyboard installed for the Pop’n Music machine. 

The evaluation RTX 3060 has been purchased. The cabs will be updated next with this hardware once finances stabilize. 

Other :

Fixed some audio issues on the Stream .

The Hall is going to be under going some optimization . A couch will be in place where some US cabs are currently in the near future . 

Cups / Paper Towels / Plates stock is good . We should have enough for the next two weeks depending on attendance , thank you to those who have donated !
