03/23/24 – Weekly Update

General :

Still on temporary reduced hours but looking like we will be returning within 1-2 weeks to normal ones . 

Broadcast :

All legacy audio systems have now been removed , Windows now handles none of the audio . All audio is now handled by the broadcast deck . All levels have been balanced between both Main Stage and Head to Head . All Microphones have been balanced . Audio will now be consistent . 

Additional control has been set up and a guide is currently in the works to be printed and left in The Cage .  

The DVR on 3rd Strike has been changed from recording to streaming and will now run on YouTube . 

Hardware :

Thanks to a generous donation we are able to bring in a new type Supergun to allow us to run KOF 2002 on original arcade hardware ( among all other MVS titles ) on the Versatile City B , moving away from 2002 UM ( PC ) . This will benefit smoother play and no controller issues , just basic input ( on / off switches ) . Expected by the weekend after next to be playable .
